What packages do you offer for photoshoots?
We don’t offer pre-set bundled packages. Instead, you’ll pay a session fee to begin your personalized portrait journey. After your photoshoot, Crystal will guide you through customizing your order based on the images you love. You can choose from our premium, sustainable photo products, including professionally varnished canvas wall portraits and heirloom photo albums.

What does the session fee cover?
The session fee includes a one-hour design and outfit consultation, as well as the cost, time, and expertise involved in your professional photoshoot and production. (Photos and products are sold separately.)

How much does a family portrait session cost?
Pricing depends on the custom products you choose. Our Heirloom Portrait Collections start at $1,650, and Fine Art Wall Portraits start at $550.

What is a consultation appointment? When do I need one?
A consultation appointment is an in-person meeting where we discuss your vision, expectations, and the design of your photoshoot. This is also an opportunity for me to get to know you and your family to ensure an engaging and enjoyable session. I will schedule your consultation after a pre-consultation via email.

I am not sure what to wear for my photoshoot, can you help with that?
Absolutely! At your design and consultation appointment, we will design and discuss your outfits for your photoshoot. You’ll also receive access to our styling website for inspiration. Once you have an idea of your outfits, feel free to send me snapshots for final styling suggestions! I’m always available via email to assist you.
For newborn sessions, I provide all outfits and props. For maternity sessions, I offer a selection of maternity gowns for you to try on during your consultation.

When will I receive my photos and products?
You will have your ordering appointment for viewing all the photos we take and ordering your photos within 5-7 days after your photoshoot. You will receive your retouched and edited digital copies in 10 business days after your ordering appointment. The final printed products will be ready for you about 2-3 weeks after your ordering appointment.
Do you offer an online gallery for ordering the photos?
Currently, we do not offer online ordering. Instead, I personally assist you in selecting the best portraits for your home during an in-person ordering appointment. I’ll also show you how your wall portraits will look in your space and help you choose the perfect sizes and custom products to preserve your memories beautifully.

Can I purchase digital files only?
Crystal Tseng Portraits is a boutique studio specializing in archival-grade printed artwork designed to last for generations. While we do not sell high-resolution digital files separately, social media-sized digital files of your selected images are included with your purchased printed products (e.g., wall portraits, albums). You can share these online or print small copies as you wish. Unedited digital files are not provided.​

Do you allow pets in the photoshoot?
Yes! Pets are welcome in outdoor sessions. However, due to shared studio space with newborns, we currently do not allow pets in studio sessions.

How do you design the wall arts portraits for my home?
To create a custom design for your space, please provide a photo of your wall along with its measurements. If needed, I can assist you with this process in your home.

Do you offer installation for the wall portraits?
Yes! Professional installation is available for $199. For orders over $5,000, we offer complimentary installation.
